Gordy Jamison suffers a chomp of bad luck after receiving a ticket on Thursday. Police issued a citation after his fierce mixed-Chow bit a 6-year-old child around the ear and neck, even though there is no evidence that the dog charged toward the child first. Only minor injuries were reported. Chihuahuas, however, are now next on the watch for attacking children. (read more)
